The Weekly Roundup - May Week 4 (29/04/19 - 05/05/19) at The Protein Pick and Mix!

Doesn't seem more than a split-second since Easter and yet we're currently enjoying yet another bank holiday weekend!! Sure, sucks we have to interrupt shipping goodies out for a day but, hey, not a bad thing across the board to get a smidgen of a downtime...especially as next week will be MAD thanks to BodyPower Expo 2019!!

Before we cover that, though, new goodies for this week? Well, first and foremost the nutty, nobbly, milk chocolate-coated Fulfil Choc Peanut Butter bar! Low sugar, infused with Vitamins and Protein (all that Fulfil good stuff!) and benefiting from the same delicious, soft, caramel (and, in this case, peanut butter, too!) infused centre as all of their recent bars, this one gets the taste-test treatment here, and Ant puts it side-by-side against the (it would seem similar but different) Barebells Salty Peanut bar!

Next up? GHOST Lifestyle supps! The guys are dropping bombshells left, right and centre and this past week we've been lucky enough to wrestle 2 new flavours of WHEY off them - Fruity Cereal Milk and the fiery and fantastic Cinnamon Cereal Milk) along with new Mango Amino V2 (that's the souped-up, vegan-friendly EAA/BCAA one, folks!) and the new Warheads Sour Green Apple flavour of SIZE (the advanced Creatine-y one!), too!

PEScience have been busy, too, and ahead of a brand new Select Protein flavour (beyond excited for this in the coming weeks!!) we have a new 'Tropical Twist' flavour of their focus-focused pre-workout, Prolific! Summery and pineapple-y, this flavours a real winner for those of you who love classic fruit flavours over some of the candy-sweet ones in the rest of the range!

...aaaaand that's IT for new bits this week, save for a heads-up about new PhD Birthday Cake Smart Protein Bars available in the Mix NOW and a special Mani-Mini promotion we're running with Stu, Dan and the guys over at ManiLife (the FINEST. all-natural craft peanut butter bar none!! Deep roasted and delicious, we KNOW you'll fall in love with this stuff when you try it!!)

Ooh..and restocked we have SwolesomeFoods FunderBars! as promised!!! Triple Choc disappeared as per usual, but most of the other flavours up for grabs in the Mix now, and with vegan flavours due back in in the week ahead!

On the week ahead? BODYPOWER!! Yep, 10th-12th Birgmingham, NEC, the highlight of the UK supp-season is upon us! Always a fun, frenzied, over-the-top few days and, whilst no Pick&Mix stand again this year, we'll be going up to join in the fun same as the rest of you! Keep an eye out for Ant and the team on Saturday! And whilst you're there?
