Members of Team Pick&Mix are out in Canada at the moment (hence why things have been a tiny bit quieter on here on our side!) but it's reminded us that we never properly introduced you guys to something 'sinister' (but oh-so-sweet!!) that arrived in the Mix not so long ago...something with a distinctly Canadian overtone!!

We were really impressed with this one...guilt-free and golden this is a great general-use syrup; there's no sweet treat this bad-boy won't supercharge! The flavour good? Sure!! Great!! But we often find that, key to these things, is their texture and viscosity (haha...good word, huh?) Sinister Labs' Maple Madness syrup is not too thick, not too runny...as Goldilocks would say as she poured this on her pilfered porridge, "it's just right!!
