For those entirely unfamiliar, though, you can look forward to a soft dough-like pastry CRAMMED with a sweet, low sugar creamy or jammy centre and aalllll finished with a fun, frosted, icing-like layer to 'top it off'!! And the best part? The 'Legendary' version, unlike that breakfast classic, packs 20g protein (!!!), less than 1g sugar and sits around only 180 calories!
